Multi-modules are built with the Secure-it TTM. This strong truss construction system interlocks with a foundation resistant to termites, rain, and moisture. Its solid flooring is tough enough to withstand heavy loads for years to come.
This model provides a large clear span floor space for those larger projects you may have. Notice the 2X4 top and bottom plates, 2X4 studs on 24" centers, and 7' minimum sidewall height.
The Multi-Module's all-aluminum baked enamel exterior is available in our 4 standard siding colors and 15 trim colors shown here and is backed by our 30-year limited warranty.
Add an eave to create a more sophisticated appearance. You may also choose from vinyl, stucco, or pine exteriors for that custom-matched look.

Your Robin Multi-Module will be trucked to your site in sections and joined together on-site. No pre-laid foundation or land preparation is necessary.
Our heavy-duty Multi-Module features wood frame construction, pressure treated floor joists, corner bracing, 2X6 rafters and 2X6 trusses with steel connection plates for additional strength, and pressure treated tongue & groove plywood flooring.
